Restaurant
The Fairmont Restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Friday. It offers great steaks and is renowned for business lunches. There are blackboard specials that change daily. With over 100 wines to choose from it is not surprising that the restaurant was nominated for 'Restaurant Wine List of the year'. There is a 10% discount on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Bars
There are 2 bar areas in the hotel. The Traders Bar is the main bar of the hotel. It is the largest and busiest and is located on the ground floor.Trading hours: Monday-Friday 10.30am - 12.00am (midnight) and Saturday 11.30am - 7.00pm
The New York Bar is a traditional lounge bar with a more intimate feel and is also situated on the ground floor. Trading hours are : Monday - Friday 11.30am - 12.00 am
An extensive range of local and imported beers are available on tap and in bottles in all the bars, and every Friday there is a $3.50 bottled special.

Happy Hour

Happy hour is Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and offers discounts on all tap beer, house spirits and wine. On Friday lunchtimes, happy hour is also extended to Glenmore room on the 2nd floor, where you can pre-book tables for large groups.

Jays Bistro
Situated on the ground floor, one of the cheapest bistro's in Sydney with a decent serve and quality! Trading hours are : Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 2.30pm and 7.00pm - 10.00pm Fridays.

Bottleshop
With over 100 wines to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice in our bottleshop. We also have a large selection of local and imported beers, plus a huge selection of weekly specials.
